Most orders ship in 1-2 business days. Please note during periods of high volume, or special promotions that require hand signing of orders, please allow extra processing time of 1-3 weeks.

Yes, all orders are shipped UPS with full tracking, you will receive tracking by email (or SMS if you selected that option during checkout) as soon as your order is on the way.

If you are located outside of the United States or Canada, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other charges which are not included in the total cost of your order. Please see our Shipping Policies for more information.

First Edition prints and Original Paintings are signed by Anastasiia. Open Edition Prints have a printed signature.

If your order arrives damaged please take photos of the items and packaging and contact us.

We stand by the quality of our products, if you have any issues with your Stasysiia art please contact us for replacement or repair.

If you wish to cancel or modify an order please contact us immediately. Once your order is in production we are unable to make changes.

Yes, no need to request permission, please send us a photo when it’s done or post it with #by_yb #stasysiia.
